With 15 years of property experience, Michael has developed a hands-on understanding of the market, beginning in lettings and management before expanding into development and portfolio growth. As a qualified residential property surveyor, he brings both technical knowledge and practical experience across sourcing, acquisitions, build management, and exit strategy. Having grown portfolios through auction buying and value-led refurbishment, he is now focused on scaling the business and creating well-structured opportunities for private investors.
